Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Integration Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. Summary: We are seeking an Integration Analyst II to support a growing portfolio of integration, data, and governance initiatives. This role serves as the critical link between business objectives and engineering teams by translating complex requirements into detailed technical documentation, user stories, process flows, and solution designs. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, understands how developers work, and can create clear, actionable requirements that enable efficient software delivery. This position requires a blend of business analysis, systems thinking, and technical acumen, with a focus on integration and data-related projects. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
β’ Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
β’ Develop technical designs, workflow diagrams, process maps, and system documentation
β’ Define and document system integrations, data flows, and process interactions
β’ Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and development-ready
β’ Support data governance, privacy, and data centralization initiatives
β’ Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
β’ Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies within integration processes
β’ Recommend solution options and process improvements
β’ Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
β’ Experience as an Integration Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
β’ Strong experience writing user stories, requirements, and technical documentation
β’ Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, and system documentation
β’ Understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC practices
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Prior software development experience
β’ Experience with Python-based applications
β’ Exposure to Django or similar web frameworks
β’ Experience with AWS cloud technologies
β’ Knowledge of data lake architectures and data integration concepts
β’ Familiarity with data governance and privacy-related initiatives
β’ Experience using Lucidchart or similar process modeling tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
