Role description
Integration Delivery Lead • Contract Duration: Until December 2027 • Job Type: Contract • Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in London) Our client is currently recruiting for an Integration Delivery Lead, where you will play a crucial role in a major transformation programme replacing legacy systems with Oracle Fusion and Totalmobile. This senior technical leadership position is essential for ensuring seamless integration and alignment across a multi-vendor delivery model, operating inside IR35. Day-to-Day of the Role: • Integration Assurance (Primary Focus): • Lead and assure the end-to-end integration design between Totalmobile and Oracle Fusion. • Ensure Oracle Fusion remains the master data record for people, roles, availability, and scheduling information. • Review, challenge, and approve all integration artefacts, including API specifications, data mapping, and transformation logic. • Validate integrations against performance, security, scalability, and resilience standards. • Identify integration risks and data issues, driving resolution with technical teams and suppliers. • Technical Delivery Leadership: • Lead the technical delivery of Totalmobile as the new rostering solution. • Provide expertise in complex rostering patterns at scale. • Evaluate reporting, compliance, analytics, and security across both platforms. • Align all technical decisions with the Oracle First strategy. • Supplier & Delivery Management: • Govern and manage supplier performance, holding them accountable for integration milestones and technical compliance. • Act as the senior escalation point across the integration and rostering workstream. • Programme Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: • Represent the technical integration workstream in governance forums. • Provide clear reporting on readiness, risks, dependencies, interfaces, and design decisions. • Work closely with Business Change Specialists to ensure user impacts and process designs are aligned with the integrated solution. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong background in integration assurance across complex, multi-vendor programmes. • Experience delivering or integrating rostering, duty management, or workforce management systems. • Ability to govern, challenge, and assure technical delivery from suppliers and System Integrators (SIs). • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and large-scale data models. • Desirable: Experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly HR modules, and exposure to public-sector technology programmes.
