• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, but not a DevOps engineer role.
• Must be able to design scalable systems, guide developers, and collaborate across teams.
✅ Must-Have Skills
• Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Azure (AKS, ADLS, Azure DevOps).
• Programming: Solid in Java; bonus if familiar with Rust or other functional languages.
• Architecture:
• Microservices
• Event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
• API-first design
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Data Engineering:
• Experience with Databricks and Data Mesh concepts.
• Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and data conversion processes.
• Security & Compliance: Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
🤝 Soft Skills & Leadership
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Comfortable running Agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog grooming).
• Able to communicate well with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and whiteboarding skills.
• Can work across data, infrastructure, and product teams.
