β’ Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Azure (AKS, ADLS, Azure DevOps).
β’ Programming: Solid in Java; bonus if familiar with Rust or other functional languages.
β’ Architecture:

β’ Event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
β’ API-first design
β’ Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
β’ Data Engineering:
β’ Experience with Databricks and Data Mesh concepts.
β’ Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and data conversion processes.
β’ Security & Compliance: Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).

β’ Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
β’ Comfortable running Agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog grooming).
