Your role is to collaborate closely with senior leadership to design team structure, define processes and map out a delivery pipeline that supports the wider data transformation.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and document a scalable BI, analytics and AI operating model
• Define roles, responsibilities and workflows for a future team
• Identify resource needs and gaps to build a high-performing function
• Establish collaboration frameworks with Data Management, Engineering, and Governance
• Set priorities that align with business objectives and CoE/satellite models
