Interim Paid Social Manager (Meta) - £350 per day (Umbrella) - Fully Remote | 2–3 Month Contract - Insurance

The Paid Social Manager will lead end-to-end paid social execution, optimisation, and reporting across high-spend campaigns, ensuring every decision is anchored in performance and measurable outcomes.
The Paid Social Manager will...
• Own setup, execution, and optimisation of Meta and Snapchat campaigns
• Manage daily budgets, pacing, and performance efficiency across multiple markets
• Design structured A/B testing frameworks across audiences, bidding, and placements
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, and conversion performance to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with creative teams to optimise ad performance and reduce fatigue

• Require 3+ years’ experience in large-scale Meta Ads Manager environments
• B2C industry experience
