What You’ll Bring • Expertise in programming languages such as Python and R, with hands-on experience in ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. • Proven experience developing generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs), for healthcare applications. • Strong knowledge of natural language processing for medical text analysis and generation. • Background in designing digital healthcare tools, real-world evidence (RWE) data, and predictive models across healthcare datasets. • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and experience with MLOps practices. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage stakeholders and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field. • 3-5 years of professional experience, including at least one year applying AI/ML techniques in healthcare or clinical research settings. • Exposure to regulated industries, especially pharma or healthcare, is highly advantageous. • Experience with digital health solutions development and implementation.
