📌 Job Title: Inventory Analyst – Refurbishment Operations 📍 Location: Coppell, TX 🗓️ Schedule: Onsite ⏳ Type: Full-Time - 6 Month Contract, Likely Extension / Conversion 📝 Summary: Join the Client's Mobile Production Center as a Business Analyst supporting Client's Certified Re-New (CRN) account. This role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on refurbishment business data, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and play a key role in optimizing production efficiency and inventory accuracy. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and report KPIs including forecast, return volume, and production progress • Ensure refurbished products meet production volume and carrier demand • Validate inventory movements and perform systematic inventory checks • Coordinate material and parts availability to meet daily production goals • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities • Address daily operational issues and ensure smooth account execution • Review and guide receiving processes and reject validations 🎓 Education & Experience: • 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, account management, or project management • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data and present actionable reports • Excellent communication and collaboration skills ✅ Must-Have Skills: • Ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners • Skilled in data gathering, spreadsheet creation, and visual reporting • Proficient in writing reports and technical documentation • Strong judgment and creativity in solving diverse operational challenges • Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and organizational policies 🧠 Work Environment: • Office-based with occasional warehouse presence • May require extended hours beyond regular schedule • Must consistently uphold company policies and ethical standards
