Join the Client's Mobile Production Center as a Business Analyst supporting Client's Certified Re-New (CRN) account. This role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on refurbishment business data, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Youβll collaborate with internal teams and play a key role in optimizing production efficiency and inventory accuracy.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Monitor and report KPIs including forecast, return volume, and production progress
β’ Ensure refurbished products meet production volume and carrier demand
β’ Validate inventory movements and perform systematic inventory checks
β’ Coordinate material and parts availability to meet daily production goals
β’ Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
β’ Address daily operational issues and ensure smooth account execution
β’ Review and guide receiving processes and reject validations
π Education & Experience:
β’ 2β3 years of experience in business analysis, account management, or project management
β’ Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to analyze data and present actionable reports
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
