Investment Data Specialist Location: London Contract: Permanent Work Setup: 5 days onsite (May offer 1 day flexibility) Who We Are Vanguard is a leading global investment management firm offering a wide range of financial products and services, including mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement solutions. What you'll do • Serve as the main point of contact for complex investment data inquiries across IMG and enterprise stakeholders. • Maintain and enhance the accuracy and integrity of investment and fund data, including setting up new issuer bonds in Aladdin using Bloomberg. • Execute daily and ad hoc tasks under tight deadlines while managing competing priorities and multiple data inputs. • Identify and support process improvements, optimal investment data flows, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Build and maintain strong networks with global peers and leaders and escalate or resolve portfolio and data-related issues. • Mentor junior team members to develop skills and participate in special projescts supporting strategic initiatives. What you bring • Hands-on experience with Aladdin and Bloomberg, with strong knowledge of global fixed income markets. • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and reporting. • Experience in fund operations, investment data roles, or operational environments, including stakeholder management and risk controls. • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field; CFA or equivalent preferred. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and support process improvements. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global, deadline-driven environment.
