Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Edge IoT Big Data Lead to design and deliver end-to-end IoT data solutions. This role involves developing scalable data systems that integrate vehicle-mounted edge devices with cloud-based big data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in edge computing, containerized environments, and real-time data streaming architectures, along with the ability to connect embedded systems with enterprise-level analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Strong proficiency in C++ for embedded or edge systems, with experience deploying Docker containers on edge devices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Spring Cloud Data Flow, and real-time streaming data architectures.
• Solid experience in Java for developing scalable data pipeline applications.
• Experience deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes in production environments.
• Working knowledge of AWS services, including S3, Athena, and other data platform tools.
• IoT Protocols: Familiarity with MQTT, CoAP, or similar IoT communication protocols.
