IoT Engineer (AWS IoT, Python, Git, MQTT) – Remote (USA)-5+ Years

Location: Remote USA Work Authorization: Must be US Green Card Holder or US Citizen only Experience: 5 or 5+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an IoT Engineer to design and manage large-scale IoT data ingestion, telemetry processing, and real-time analytics systems in AWS cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Build IoT data pipelines using MQTT and AWS IoT services - Design telemetry ingestion and processing architectures - Work with device integration and SCADA systems - Build serverless functions for real-time processing - Develop AWS SiteWise asset models - Work with streaming data pipelines (Kinesis) - Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of IoT systems - Support dashboards and real-time analytics systems Required Skills - AWS IoT (Greengrass, SiteWise, Kinesis) - Python (strong) - TypeScript (good understanding) - MQTT protocol - Docker, ECS - SCADA / RTAC systems exposure - Time-series / telemetry data handling Good to Have - AWS certifications - Edge computing / Greengrass development - Terraform / CDK - Predictive analytics / ML exposure Apply directly or share your resume at: team\_hr@tech-asst.com Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $66.00 per hour Application Question(s): - Are you a US Citizen or Green Card holder? - Do you have experience working with SCADA systems or RTACs in industrial environments? - Do you have 5 or 5+ years of experience in IoT engineering or a related field? - Do you have strong hands-on experience with Python for IoT or backend development?
