We’re looking for an experienced Isaac Sim Expert to join our team and help drive next-generation robotics development using NVIDIA’s Omniverse and Isaac Sim platforms. πŸ” About the Role As an Isaac Sim Expert, you’ll be responsible for building, testing, and validating AI-driven robots in high-fidelity virtual environments. You’ll leverage NVIDIA’s Omniverse Isaac Sim, Replicator, and Isaac Lab frameworks to accelerate the design, training, and deployment of intelligent robotic systems. You’ll work closely with our robotics and AI teams to create realistic physics simulations, digital twins, and synthetic datasets that power the next generation of smart manufacturing. βš™οΈ Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and optimize physics-based robot simulations using the GPU-accelerated PhysX engine. β€’ Build digital twins of factory environments to test and validate robotic systems. β€’ Use Omniverse Replicator to generate synthetic data for AI perception training. β€’ Simulate and configure sensors (LiDAR, cameras, contact sensors) with RTX ray/path tracing. β€’ Integrate simulations with real-world systems via ROS/ROS 2. β€’ Script workflows and automate tasks using Python and Omniverse Core APIs. β€’ Support robot learning experiments using reinforcement and imitation learning techniques. β€’ Troubleshoot simulation, physics, and integration issues for performance and realism. 🧠 Required Skills & Experience β€’ Deep expertise with NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse platforms. β€’ Proficiency in Python (C++ experience a plus). β€’ Strong background in robotics, physics, kinematics, and motion planning. β€’ Experience with ROS/ROS 2 integration and robotics middleware. β€’ Knowledge of machine learning in robotics contexts (perception, control, reinforcement learning). β€’ Familiarity with USD (OpenUSD) workflows and 3D modeling. β€’ Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. 🏭 You’ll Be Working On β€’ AI-powered robotic manipulators and mobile robots for factory automation. β€’ Digital twin environments for testing and validation. β€’ Synthetic data pipelines for training perception systems. β€’ Simulation-to-reality (Sim2Real) workflows for real-world deployment.
