About The Job

Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective modernization strategies
β’ Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
β’ Acting as a trusted advisor to the technical team on industry trends and emerging technologies
β’ Develop, test, debug and deliver within timeline using best tools and best practices available.
β’ Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and challenges.
β’ Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
β’ Identifies architectural risks and plans to mitigate risks
β’ Ensures adherence to standards and best practices
β’ Influences and communicates effectively with non-technical audiences including senior ITD and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
β’ Proficient in using various AWS services (e.g., VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, API Gateway, Glue Crawlers, Athena) to build and manage cloud infrastructure.
β’ Experience in modernizing applications, including refactoring, migration, and cloud-native development.
β’ Knowledge of modern database technologies and strategies for migrating and modernizing database systems.
β’ Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools
β’ Experience with data analytics, business intelligence solutions (like Power BI or AWS QuickSight ) is a plus
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
β’ Experience working with creating AWS ETL jobs, data pipelines with high volumes of data
β’ AWS certification is a plus
