IT Lead Technical Business Analyst

Job Description: Technical Skills & Tools: • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams • Requirements Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or MS Planner • Process Modeling & Documentation: LucidcVisio, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint • Data Tools: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook • SDLC Documentation & Technical Specs • Agile and Hybrid Project Environments Experience required: • A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst(BA) is required. At least two (2) years of Lead BA experience. Education may be substituted for experience as determined by the agency to be relevant. • 4+ years of experience analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for systems integrations. • Strong understanding of modern IT systems, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions. • Demonstrated ability to work across departments, agencies, and third-party vendors. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid IT environments. • Preferred – Knowledge of State Government and/or Department for Children and Families. Education required: Preferred - BA/BS degreein Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Relevant experience may be substituted for education as determined by the agency.
