About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) Engineer to join our team through the end of 2025. In this role, youβll play a key part in configuring and automating ITSM tools and workflows to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work with stakeholders across the business, and a passion for improving IT service processes. If you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex challenges, weβd love to connect.
What Youβll Do
β’ Design, document, and configure ITSM solutions aligned with organizational needs.
β’ Automate workflows and processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize workflows and deliver innovative ITSM solutions.
β’ Integrate ITSM platforms with enterprise systems and cloud services.
β’ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
β’ Monitor ITSM KPIs and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
β’ Support occasional after-hours or weekend work as part of on-call rotation.
What Weβre Looking For
Required:
β’ 3+ years of ITSM experience (professional, educational, or transferable skills considered).
β’ Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and processes (Team Dynamix, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
β’ Proven ability to design and automate workflows.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Experience collaborating with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred:
β’ Expertise in CMDB management (CI relationships, service/application dependency mapping).
β’ Familiarity with Device42 Software.
β’ Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud + on-premises).
β’ Basic SQL reporting and data analysis skills.
β’ Strong background in ITSM integrations and automation.
β’ Experience with AI and automation for process streamlining.
