About the Role
We are seeking an experienced iTrent Business Analyst to support the HR and Finance Systems Programme Manager and project team in the successful transformation and modernisation of our HR and Payroll service. This role is integral to the replacement of the current Oracle system with iTrent, ensuring the development of efficient, user-friendly processes that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, documentation, and review of existing HR and Payroll business processes.
Map current and future state processes, highlighting service journeys, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with stakeholders and end users to capture requirements and design effective solutions.
Support business case development, prioritisation, and decision-making through clear analysis and reporting.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, data privacy, and information security standards throughout the project.
Contribute to project planning, risk identification, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery.
Deputise for the HR and Finance Systems Programme Manager when required.
