eNGINE is hiring an experienced Business Analyst with deep enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow expertise to join our global financial service customer's Service Management team. This role is a high-impact position working with a 20,000+ user base and requires hands-on collaboration with senior stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. This role is onsite in the financial district
What Youβll Do
β’ Partner with stakeholders and product management to gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM.
β’ Monitor end-to-end delivery and clear blockers by collaborating with development, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
β’ Work with product and process owners to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
β’ Analyze new use cases and collaborate with architecture on proof-of-concepts and solutions.
β’ Provide timely updates on assigned tasks to ensure proactive communication with customers and leadership.
β’ Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management processes.
Required Experience & Skills
β’ 8+ years acting as a Business Analyst for enterprise applications.
β’ Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior leadership.
β’ Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a business or technical field.
β’ Proficiency with Excel and Jira.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform, including:
β’ ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
β’ CMDB/CSDM data models
β’ Service Catalog / Service Portal
β’ ServiceNow SDLC (stories, epics, defects, etc.)
β’ Strong understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 processes.
β’ ServiceNow System Administration Certification highly desired.
β’ ITIL Certification a plus.
This role requires candidates to work onsite in New York City 4x/week so applicants must be local.
