Job Title: ITSM Data Analyst
Location: Madison, WI (100% Remote β CST timings preferred)
Primary Skills: ServiceNow, ITSM, Incident Management, Data Analysis & Reporting
Duration: 15 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Role Mandate:
β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations to both business and IT teams.
β’ This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively through written reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collect, analyze, and interpret data primarily from ServiceNow but occasionally from other sources to identify trends and patterns.
β’ Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business and IT decision-making.
β’ Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
β’ Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Familiarity with ServiceNow application.
β’ Experience with IT Service Management Processes, such as Incident Management.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
