Responsibilities
β’ Design and implement ITSM solutions to meet organizational requirements.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize workflows.
β’ Automate processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
β’ Integrate ITSM platforms with other enterprise systems.
β’ Guide and mentor IT staff and end-users on ITSM tools and processes.
β’ Analyze KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
β’ Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
β’ Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotation as needed.
Skills
β’ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ITSM.
β’ Proficiency with ITSM tools and processes, such as Team Dynamix, Jira, or ServiceNow.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Experience in workflow automation for process improvement.
β’ Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including business stakeholders and leadership.
β’ Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
β’ Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with ITSM solution migrations.
β’ Background in AI and Automation for process streamlining.
β’ Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders.
