The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on managing and migrating requirements effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Responsibilities β€’ Lead the migration of requirements from legacy systems to JAMA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. β€’ Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. β€’ Develop and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. β€’ Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data and software applications. β€’ Provide training and support to team members on JAMA and requirement management best practices. β€’ Continuously improve processes related to requirement management and software development. β€’ Document all processes, changes, and updates related to JAMA migration and software development. Mandatory Skills β€’ Proven experience with JAMA Requirement Management Tools. β€’ Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. β€’ Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. β€’ Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. β€’ Experience with database management and SQL. β€’ Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills β€’ Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. β€’ Experience with other requirement management tools. β€’ Knowledge of software testing frameworks and tools. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
