Job Title: JAMA Migration Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Remote Contract Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer with extensive experience in JAMA Migration and Requirement Management Tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on managing and migrating requirements effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Responsibilities • Lead the migration of requirements from legacy systems to JAMA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. • Develop and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. • Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data and software applications. • Provide training and support to team members on JAMA and requirement management best practices. • Continuously improve processes related to requirement management and software development. • Document all processes, changes, and updates related to JAMA migration and software development. Mandatory Skills • Proven experience with JAMA Requirement Management Tools. • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. • Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. • Experience with database management and SQL. • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience with other requirement management tools. • Knowledge of software testing frameworks and tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7 10 years of experience in software development and requirement management. • Proven track record of successful JAMA migrations and software projects. • Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
