Java API Cloud

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Java API Cloud in Salt Lake City, UT. Requirements • Bachelors or any equivalent degree with a Computer Science background • 2-8 years of proven experience • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java Web services and API solutions • Hands-on experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), building RESTful services, XML/JSON, and modern Application Servers • Proficient in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core and JavaScript • Knowledge of API design, including versioning, isolation and microservices • Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash and Docker • Proven understanding of testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Spring Test • Knowledge of web application development using JSP, HTML, CSS/SASS, jQuery, Angular and NodeJS • Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM) • Knowledge of cloud computing environments and applications (AWS, Azure) • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL database management systems • Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization globally The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
