RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently review an existing system and document the configuration details. Understand and document the customizations that have been added to the base code. D Document all existing interfaces and current hosting environment. Analyst will be required to review the stories and change requests documented in JIRA as part of the documentation process. REQUIRED SKILLS: Experienced in Java programming Experienced in using JIRA Experience in working with cloud hosted solutions, especially AWS Experience in documenting existing process automation workflows Good understanding of authentication and authorization using single sign on solutions Good understanding of network concepts Experienced in configuring entellitrak platform Experience in documenting design details using MS tools including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Visio Ability to communicate system design and technical functions to business leads Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-starter Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written and oral) skills
