Job Role : Java Flink Developer Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Long Term Contract Skillset: Java, Spring boot, MS SQL, Apache Flink/Storm/Beam. Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Flink Developer to join our data engineering or real-time analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-throughput, low-latency data processing applications using Apache Flink and Java. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable stream-processing systems and contribute to a robust data platform. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design, develop, test, and deploy real-time data processing applications using Apache Flink and Java. β€’ Integrate Flink pipelines with various data sources (Kafka, HDFS, S3, etc.) and sinks (Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etc.). β€’ Optimize performance and scalability of stream-processing jobs. β€’ Implement fault-tolerant and reliable data pipelines. β€’ Monitor and troubleshoot Flink jobs in production. Required Skills and Qualifications: β€’ 6+ years of experience in Java development. β€’ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Flink in production environments. β€’ Strong understanding of stream processing concepts and event-driven architectures β€’ Proficiency with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems. β€’ Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and microservices.
