Key Responsibilities • Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and hands‑on expertise. • Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions. • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint‑related technical activities. • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned user stories/features—from development through deployment. • Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders. • Function as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, providing strong technical leadership.
