Role: Java FSE Lead Location: Onsite at Tempe, Arizona • • Locals only • • Experience: 10+ Years Job Type: W2 only VISA INDEPENDENT ONLY Role: Java FSE Lead We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Engineer (Lead/Architect) with a minimum of 7 years of hands on experience in full stack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading development efforts, designing modules end to end, mentoring team members, and owning delivery from development through deployment. This is a customer facing on site role with significant leadership responsibilities and collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and hands on expertise. Participate in meetings with key business stakeholders to analyze and understand requirements. Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions. Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint related technical activities. Own the end to end delivery of assigned user stories/features—from development through deployment. Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve technical issues for the team. Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders. Function as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, providing strong technical leadership. Required Skills & Experience (Minimum 7 Years) Core Full Stack Development Proven Full Stack Engineering background (backend + frontend) Strong leadership experience in Java based engineering projects Backend Technologies Java Spring Boot RESTful Web Services Apache Kafka Database/persistence: PostgreSQL DataLake ADX Databricks ORM frameworks Query performance tuning Cloud & Containerization Strong experience with Azure Cloud Kubernetes Docker Cloud-based design, development, and deployment Frontend Technologies Thymeleaf NodeJS HTML, CSS Angular Build, CI/CD & Deployment Gradle Terraform Helm Kustomize GitHub Actions DevOps & Monitoring Toolchain Slack GitHub Fluentbit Apache NiFi Dynatrace Microsoft Teams Grafana Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the airline industry is highly desirable. Additional Requirements Must work from the customer’s office at least three times per week. Remote work is not permitted for this role.
