We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on development support for Deloitte’s project team. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, and project delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership: Design application architecture, enforce coding standards, mentor developers, and lead code reviews.
• Development: Build and maintain Spring Boot applications, REST APIs, and event-driven services; write clean, efficient, testable code.
• Collaboration: Partner with product, QA, and operations teams to align technology with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the development team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Project Management: Support planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework (including Security)
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems
• Solid grasp of design/architecture patterns and agile practices
• Proficiency with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
