Java Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead high-performance applications. You will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery of scalable and robust systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications using Java technologies Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide best practices Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems Review code, ensure quality standards, and enforce coding guidelines Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers Drive Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements Required Skills Core Java & Backend Strong expertise in Java (8/11/17+) Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA Databases Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) Tools & Technologies Build tools: Maven / Gradle Version control: Git CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes Architecture & Design Design patterns and system design Distributed systems and scalability API design and integration Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Exposure to DevOps practices Experience in performance tuning and monitoring tools Soft Skills Strong leadership and mentoring ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving mindset Ability to handle multiple priorities Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Nice to Have Certifications in Java or cloud technologies
