What We’re Looking For ✔ Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field. ✔ 12+ years of hands-on experience in React development with a strong project portfolio. ✔ Proficiency in React, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. ✔ Experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD solutions, and monitoring tools (New Relic, etc.). ✔ Exposure to Node.js and back-end development. ✔ Proven ability to lead teams and mentor developers. ✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies. ✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
