JDE Technical SME Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Interview: Skype Production Support • Provide technical support for JDE-related issues impacting the Rev2Cash application. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to JDE integrations, batch jobs, and data discrepancies. • Utilize JDE raw data to understand the lifecycle of financial transactions and create solutions for edge cases • Monitor application logs, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. • Coordinate with business users, Agile Teams and IT operations to ensure minimal downtime and timely resolution of incidents. Required skills: • Design, develop, and implement enhancements and extensions in the JDE ERP system of the logic used to transform JDE raw data by leveraging SQL to support new Rev2Cash business requirements. • Strong knowledge of JD Edwards Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) modules • Understanding of related business processes (e.g., invoicing, cash application, journal posting) • Experience working with JDE transactional or raw data to analyze business activity • Work on interfaces and data flows between JDE ERP and Rev2Cash modules, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. • Utilize in-depth understanding of JDE database structure for relevant requests. • Provide technical documentation and maintain configuration and code version control. Nice To Have: • Ability to convert data insights into business recommendations or process improvements • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of enhancements into production. • Experience with Python for data analysis or automation
