About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst to join our team. This role is well-suited for professionals who are returning to work after a career break and want to re-enter the workforce with the opportunity to apply their analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Support decision-making by providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical solutions. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and (optional: BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau). Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Educational background in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus) Preferred (Not Mandatory) Previous experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial analysis.
