This hybrid role is approximately 75% focused on marketing analytics and insights and 25% focused on coordinating marketing workflow and execution. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, an interest in marketing strategy, and is comfortable supporting both data-driven decision-making and the operational side of marketing campaigns. Financial services experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Marketing Analytics (Primary Focus) • Analyze marketing and distribution channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations. • Support test design, execution, and post-test analysis to drive client engagement and inform multi-channel marketing strategies. • Conduct audience segmentation and pull data from multiple sources to support targeted marketing efforts. • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into clear, actionable insights for Marketing Project Managers and stakeholders. • Review and support basic forecasting models for planning and goal-setting. • Present findings and insights to business partners to help inform marketing strategy. Traffic Coordination (Secondary Focus) • Coordinate the flow of marketing work from intake through completion, ensuring deadlines and process requirements are met. • Support Segment Marketing teams by managing campaigns and navigating internal systems for reviews, approvals, and distribution. • Perform proofing and quality control to maintain high standards for marketing deliverables. • Track project status, manage priorities, and communicate updates through meetings and status reports. • Collect stakeholder feedback and translate it into clear next steps and action items. Required Qualifications (Combined) • 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data science, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related role. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story with data and translate insights into business recommendations. • Hands-on experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. • Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources; experience with basic SQL queries is a plus. • Python experience is nice to have, but not required. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross-functionally and presenting findings to stakeholders. • Interest in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and the creative/marketing workflow.
