Alderson Loop is looking for a Jr. Reporting Specialist to update quarterly data for sales pitch books that are in PowerPoint. The data that is being updated quarterly is pulled from internal business partners and external data sources. The Jr. Analyst will be working on multiple projects concurrently, being able to multitask is critical. The person in this role will need to be able to handle stress, be open to feedback, will need to be able to embrace change, can keep their head down and be productive, but can also ask questions and speak up when needed. This person should also have a passion and motivation for attention to detail.
Additional Information
β’ This position will be on-site 4 days a week in Owings Mills, MD
β’ Will work a standard 8-5 shift, but you will also work overtime around the quarter-end periods (overtime is associate-based, discourages weekends).
β’ There isnβt a set trainingβtraining is mostly ad hoc, but there is a dedicated training team.
β’ This is NOT a "creative" role.

Qualifications
β’ Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, Finance and or Graphic Design
β’ Prior internship experience is required
β’ Experience managing school, internships, work and or clubs concurrently is preferred
β’ Strong Microsoft skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
β’ Financial experience is nice to have, but analysts will be trained on how to read the financial data provided
β’ Strong verbal and written communication
β’ Background working in a fast past deadline-oriented position is preferred
