Compa Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a remote Kahua Automation Specialist position in Aiken, SC. Pay: $58-$65/hr Location: Aiken, SC (Remote) Citizenship: US Citizenship Required 🚫 Mandatory Experience Requirement – Read Before Applying Candidates must have experience in the development and deployment of complex workflows for large projects and an accredited four-year degree or equivalent experience (nine years if non-degreed). Applicants without experience supporting workflow development software (e.g., Kahua) or unable to demonstrate five years of work-related experience in IT systems analysis, design, or enterprise application development will not be considered. Impact As a Kahua Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, testing, and deploying enterprise-level workflow systems that directly support the client's engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) operations. Your contributions will help optimize project delivery and enhance operational efficiencies through automation and custom software solutions. Responsibilities And Duties β€’ Develop and support the Kahua EPC workflow system through systems analysis, design, and coding. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives. β€’ Lead and coordinate project status meetings, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. β€’ Assist in software testing, documentation, deployment, and troubleshooting. β€’ Maintain project documentation, coding standards, and user manuals. β€’ Interface with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and develop optimized solutions. β€’ Promote DE&I principles across team interactions. β€’ Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity standards, and IT policies. β€’ May be required to travel for business-related needs. Customer Business Analyst / Project Manager Functions: β€’ Guide strategy and client relationships. β€’ Document customer requirements and collaborate with application owners. β€’ Oversee project scope, schedule, and resource coordination. β€’ Analyze complex systems and recommend cost-effective solutions. β€’ Support software/hardware deployment and special projects as required. Minimum Qualifications β€’ Accredited 4-year degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant work experience, or a total of 9 years of directly related experience if non-degreed. β€’ Strong technical knowledge in IT systems development, workflow automation, and enterprise software. β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to manage detail-oriented tasks in a time-sensitive environment. Desired Skills β€’ Familiarity with Kahua or similar EPC workflow systems. β€’ Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise application development. β€’ Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools. Education and Experience Requirements β€’ Accredited bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience). β€’ Minimum of five (5) years in systems analysis, design, or software development related to workflow automation.
