Akkodis is seeking a Kakfa /Terraform engineer for a Contract job with a client in Chandler AZ . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry . Kakfa /Terraform engineer Location: Chandler AZ (3 days week) Rate Range: $89.70 – 90/hr on W2 (Visa sponsorship is good); The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Interviews 1st round webex 2nd round onsite Hands-on experience with Kafka and managed streaming services (AWS MSK, Azure Event Hubs, Kinesis) Strong Terraform (IaC) for public cloud Python Ansible for automation Ansible Playbooks / Tower Basic Linux / UNIX scripting Cloud security fundamentals (IAM, certificates) Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)¿ Manage Large scale deployment for enterprise (internal and external cloud) Python/Ansible Monitoring software like Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc. Agile Development We are seeking a Cloud Automation Security Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to support public cloud initiatives using AWS and Azure managed streaming services such as MSK, Azure Event Hubs, and Kinesis Data Streams. The role focuses on building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions using Terraform and Python/Ansible, enabling secure, compliant, and repeatable cloud deployments. The individual will work closely with application, engineering, security, and operations teams to capture requirements, design cloud solutions, and support end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities include developing automation, supporting cloud integrations, creating testing frameworks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to Bank enterprise standards, including IT Asset Management (ITAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), MRF, and GIS Security Baseline Compliance. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver secure, risk-based cloud solutions aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
