Caspian One is seeking an experienced KDB+ Developer to join a leading financial institution in New York City. This role is focused on supporting and enhancing front-office market data platforms that are critical to trading operations.
Youβll work closely with front-office stakeholders and global technology teams to build high-performance, low-latency systems using KDB+/q. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to business-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain KDB+/q-based applications for real-time and historical market data
β’ Collaborate with traders, quants, and technologists to gather requirements and deliver solutions
β’ Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a time-sensitive environment
β’ Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices
Required Skills
β’ Strong hands-on experience with KDB+/q
β’ Solid understanding of market data systems and time-series databases
β’ Experience working in front-office or trading environments
