Heavy Financial Background working with low latency systems
KDB+ Developer will support critical regulatory reporting systems for a leading financial services client. This role offers high visibility, impactful work across multiple asset classes, and the opportunity to join a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Youβll join the Regulatory Reporting Technology team, contributing to the design and development of highly scrutinized brokerage applications. Youβll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet regulatory and operational standards at scale.
Your Expertise
6+ years of development experience
Advanced KDB+/q programming skills
Proficiency in Python, Unix/Linux scripting (Shell/Perl), and SQL
Background with Oracle or similar relational databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, uDeploy)
Agile development mindset (Scrum/Kanban)
Bonus: Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), UI frameworks (React/Angular)
Your Background
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or related field (Masterβs a plus)
Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications is a big plus
