Role description
We are seeking a Key Indicators Delivery Analyst to support the evolution and delivery of an enterprise-wide Key Risk Indicators (KRI) program. This role will partner with Risk Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and operationalize risk reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver recurring KRI reporting, including data validation, analysis, QA, and stakeholder communications.
• Gather business requirements and support the design, implementation, and enhancement of risk indicators and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with data owners to identify, source, validate, and document data used for risk reporting.
• Perform trend analysis, anomaly detection, and reporting insights to support risk monitoring and decision-making.
• Maintain indicator documentation, data lineage, change logs, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and follow-up actions.
• Support dashboard development, reporting automation, and self-service analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to AI-driven reporting enhancements, including automated alerts, analytics, and dashboard capabilities.
• Assist with broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, including incident management, issue tracking, and governance activities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or operational risk functions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with KPIs, KRIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience with data sourcing, validation, mapping, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred
• Experience with GenAI, automation tools, or AI-enabled reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of governance, audit, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with KRI/KPI program development and dashboard operationalization.
