· Design, develop, and implement BPM workflows and business rules using Red Hat Kogito, Drools, and jBPM.
· Integrate Kogito-based process automation solutions with Spring Boot microservices.
· Translate business requirements into technical BPMN and DMN models.
· Work closely with architects and business analysts to define process logic and decision rules.
· Develop RESTful APIs and connectors to integrate BPM solutions with external systems.
· Optimize and monitor BPM workflows for performance and reliability.
· Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to BPM or process orchestration.
