Job Details Title: Kronos Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Pay Rate: Open, DOE Client Industry: Enterprise / Retail / Manufacturing (as applicable) Skills Required: Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions, WIM Interfaces, SQL, HR/Payroll Integration, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Compliance Job Description Staffworxs is seeking an experienced Kronos Developer to support configuration, integration, and optimization of Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Kronos modules, a strong understanding of HR/payroll integrations, and the ability to deliver scalable, compliant workforce management solutions in complex enterprise environments. Core Responsibilities System Development & Configuration β€’ Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals) β€’ Integrate Kronos with ERP and HR systems for seamless data flow β€’ Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces β€’ Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and troubleshoot technical issues β€’ Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows β€’ Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL Collaboration & Compliance β€’ Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements β€’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies Required Experience and Skills β€’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions β€’ Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management β€’ Proficiency with Kronos APIs, SQL, and reporting tools β€’ Experience integrating Kronos with HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP) β€’ Knowledge of labor compliance, pay rules, and accrual policy configuration Core Technical Skills System Setup & Integration β€’ UKG Pro WFM configuration (Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Policies) β€’ Device setup and management for InTouch DX or similar time clock devices β€’ Integration with HRIS and payroll systems for end-to-end workforce data management Data Management β€’ Expertise in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for data imports and exports β€’ SQL skills for developing custom queries and workforce reports Functional Knowledge Labor Management β€’ Understanding of labor law compliance, union contracts, overtime rules, and rounding policies β€’ Ability to configure pay and scheduling rules aligned with business and legal standards Operational Expertise β€’ Familiarity with distribution center workflows, including shifts, breaks, and scheduling logic β€’ Experience configuring persona-based access (Manager, Supervisor, HR Admin) Soft Skills β€’ Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills β€’ Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
