ROLE: Cloud Infra Architect with AWS / Launch Darkly implementation Experience with Launch Darkly is mandatory. We have 5 roles open. Note: Must have done End-End implementation on LD. REMOTE might work………(for a strong candidate) We are looking for a Cloud Infra Architect with AWS to lead the architecture and implementation for Launch Darkly. This person must have prior experience in leading this implementation and roll out to application teams at large scale. Launch Darkly Feature Flags with Progressive rollouts, A/B Testing with Zero Downtime & Full Automation. This role requires a senior-level professional to lead the architecture and large-scale implementation of LaunchDarkly. The core purpose is to enable the organization to achieve zero-downtime deployments and improve development efficiency through advanced automation. Must-Have Skills • LaunchDarkly Expertise: Prior hands-on experience leading a large-scale implementation and rollout to multiple application teams. • AWS Cloud Architecture: Proven ability to architect and integrate solutions across a range of AWS services (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). • Modern Deployment : Deep understanding of feature flags, A/B testing, and progressive rollout patterns like Blue/Green and Canary deployments. • CI/CD & Automation: Expertise in building automated pipelines using GitHub Actions and other scripting/automation tools. • Observability & Metrics: Experience with tools like Grafana and the ability to track key metrics such as Change Failure Rate and Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
