Role: Data Scientist AI/ ML
Location: Malvern, PA OR Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days)
Job Description:
• Build and maintain AWS-based applications and data/ML pipelines.
• Develop LLM and GenAI solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows.
• Support ML model training, inference, evaluation, and EDA.
• Implement CI/CD, IaC, testing, observability, and security best practices.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in Software, Data, or ML Engineering.
• Strong AWS experience (Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with data pipelines, ML workflows, and traditional ML techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI, including RAG and agentic frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
