Responsibilities • Architect, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems from concept to production. • Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and quality oversight. • Collaborate with product managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical) to design scalable AI solutions. • Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model testing techniques to optimize system performance across various large language models (LLMs). • Design and manage deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps. • Build data pipelines for high-volume data processing using Databricks. • Implement and optimize retrieval and reasoning workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph. • Stay hands-on in development, contributing to Python codebases while guiding architectural direction. • Drive innovation and proactively prioritize work to meet project milestones and deliver measurable business outcomes. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience architecting and deploying multi-agent or generative AI systems in production. • Strong Python programming skills with a deep understanding of AI and ML workflows. • Proficiency with LLMs (open-source and hosted platforms such as Azure OpenAI). • Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Azure AI Search or similar). • Expertise with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI system evaluation. • Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, and/or LangGraph frameworks. • Knowledge of Azure cloud environment and Azure DevOps pipelines. • Experience with Databricks or other large-scale data processing tools. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business domains. • Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions (beyond prototypes or POCs). Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with financial, tax, or business data is a plus. • Prior exposure to consulting or enterprise environments. • Background in leading onshore/offshore or vendor development teams. • Located in or near New Jersey preferred (for periodic on-site collaboration), but open to other U.S. locations. About The Project This team is focused on building intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions that extract insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured documents — transforming manual, time-intensive analysis into efficient, insight-driven outcomes. #Dice
