The ideal candidate will lead AI initiatives, mentor engineering teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive the implementation of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and MLOps solutions across enterprise environments. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Design & Development • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python. • Build and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI applications. • Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. • Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Recommendation Systems. • Create scalable APIs and microservices for AI applications. Technical Leadership • Lead AI engineering teams through architecture, development, testing, and deployment phases. • Establish coding standards, best practices, and AI governance frameworks. • Mentor junior engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers. • Drive technical decision-making and solution architecture reviews. MLOps & Deployment • Build and manage ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. • Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI applications. • Monitor model performance, drift detection, and retraining strategies. • Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms and containerized environments. Data Engineering & Integration • Collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines. • Work with structured and unstructured datasets. • Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and business workflows. • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance requirements are met. Research & Innovation • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. • Evaluate and implement new AI models, tools, and architectures. • Conduct proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives.
