Job Title: Lead Application Triaging Specialist
Location: Miami FL, Onsite, 3 days a week
Job Description
Need 10+years inΒ lead application triaging.
β’ Working experience on Web Servers, Application Servers, Java Messaging services (JMS Queues & topics) and containerized micro services.
β’ Experience working in AWS cloud platform.
β’ Understanding of webservices hosted on Oracle Fusion Administration or EKS platform is mandatory
β’ Capacity planning, JDBC tuning and performance tuning.
β’ Strong Experience on administering SOAP and REST Webservices in 3-tier integrations.
β’ Strong Log analysis skills.
β’ Strong knowledge on Release Management, Incident Management and Problem Management Processes.
β’ Working experience on APM tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, etc.
β’ Strong knowledge on Load Balancers, HTTP/HTTPS protocols and Networking concepts.
β’ Collaborate with multiple teams for Incident resolution.
β’ Good to have experience on REDIS Cache and AWS managed RabbitMQ applications
β’ Good to have to tuning experience on Hikari JDBC framework and Netty Application servers.
β’ Manage On call team roster for 24x7 Support
