β’ Incident & Communication Management β Ensure quick resolution, RCA, and transparent stakeholder updates.
β’ Proactive Monitoring & Optimization β Improve performance, cost, and reliability.
β’ Data Quality & Governance β Enforce data integrity, lineage, and compliance.
β’ Change & Release Management β Streamline deployments and minimize disruptions.
β’ Reporting & Continuous Improvement β Track KPIs, resolve recurring issues, and drive efficiency.
β’ Knowledge Management β Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training for seamless operations.
β’ Automation & Monitoring β Implement self-healing mechanisms and reduce manual overhead.
Qualifications:
β’ 12+ years in data engineering & platform support, with expertise in Azure & Databricks.
β’ Strong knowledge of incident management, performance tuning, and data governance.
β’ Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Spark, and CI/CD pipelines.
β’ Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor etc.) and automation frameworks.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
