We are actively seeking Legal Operations professionals located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications to join our team: β€’ Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a corporate legal department or as a consultant on contract lifecycle management implementations, configurations, and integrations. β€’ Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system. β€’ Expertise and experience with Agiloft strongly preferred. β€’ Experience designing and implementing documentation, reports, and related work throughout a project lifecycle and ensuring that assigned duties and responsibilities/project results are completed. β€’ Experience with process mapping and business analysis techniques. β€’ Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools and ability to derive and present insights from contract performance metrics. β€’ Ability to organize, think critically, strategically and tactically, meeting deadlines yet remaining flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Demonstrated abilities in operational excellence, to independently and collaboratively track and move projects forward while adapting to changing priorities. β€’ Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with internal collaborators, outside vendors, and other parties. β€’ Strong experience in researching, implementing and using legal department technology tools, especially CLMs. β€’ Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Deep experience implementing CLM systems, particularly Agiloft, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration. β€’ CLM certification. β€’ Graduate or Juris Doctorate degree a plus. β€’ PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s) a plus. Support our clients with the following responsibilities: β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into functional requirements and aligning solutions with strategic goals. β€’ Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes, including contract creation, approval, negotiation, and post-execution management. β€’ Collaborate with clients to design future-state processes, focusing on best practices and optimizing the CLM workflow for scalability and compliance. β€’ Develop and present detailed process maps, functional specifications, and solution documentation for stakeholder review. β€’ Configure CLM systems based on gathered requirements, including setting up workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting dashboards. β€’ Partner with technical teams to oversee and validate customizations, integrations, and data migrations as part of the CLM implementation. β€’ Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support end-user adoption of the CLM solution. β€’ Conduct training sessions and workshops to familiarize users with new processes, workflows, and system functionality. β€’ Monitor solution performance and user feedback post-implementation, making recommendations for continuous improvement. β€’ Leverage data from the CLM system to generate insights on contract performance, cycle times, and compliance metrics. β€’ Provide actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of the CLM solution on business objectives Benefits β€’ Remote. β€’ Compensation commensurate with experience. β€’ Optional medical coverage. β€’ 401(k) with company match. β€’ PTO and paid federal holidays.
