Lead Business Analyst

Job Title: Lead Business Analyst | W2 CONTRACT ROLE | ONLY FOR US Citizen and Green Card Holders Location: Onsite – Richmond, VA (Local candidates only) Duration: 5+ Months Interview Mode: In-Person Key Responsibilities • Business Analysis Standards & Requirements • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Communication & Presentation • Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience • 7+ years of leadership/mentoring experience • Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling • Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with enterprise-level or multi-module systems • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience establishing or supporting BA Centers of Excellence • Exposure to data governance, data integration, or data quality initiatives • Familiarity with testing methodologies and automated testing tools • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills #SKILL MATRIX: Business Analysis - Expert level knowledge in business analysis functions (requirements, stakeholder management, testing, etc) Leadership - Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading and guiding experienced teams.
