Position Title: Lead Business Analyst
Position Location: Remote
Provide locations: Remote – If resource is near a Tech Hub and would like to go into the office, they are able to do so.
Ability to work remote: Yes
Acceptable time zone(s): Preferred EST or CST
Days of the week: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: Standard, 8-5
Intended length of Assignment: Through 7/26/2026
Contract to Hire W2
Function of the Group: Mitigating Risk
Industry background:
• Banking
• Big Data
• Sensitive PII requirements
Team Dynamic: Part of sub team of 4 individuals under one lead.
Roles and Responsibilities: Code review of business analytics work.
Must Have Technical Skills: 10+
• 5+ years’ experience writing SQL for Business Analytics projects
• Documentation Skills
• Enthusiasm for AI Prompt Engineering
• Meticulous Attention to Detail
Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Highly
• 2+ years Python
• Experience in Hadoop environment
• Knowledge of SAS EG
Soft Skills:
• Communicate constructive criticism effectively with supportive constructive feedback.
Education/Certifications: Bachelors required
Interview Process:
1 hour interview with Hiring Manager and their Lead.
