Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Databricks migration projects to support a large-scale data platform modernization initiative. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, and architecture teams, translating legacy data and reporting requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions on Databricks.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2–3+ years in a lead or senior role
• Hands-on experience supporting Databricks migration or implementation projects
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, analytics, and reporting concepts
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and/or Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
