Onsite Monday-Thursdays and can work remotely from home on Fridays) Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to support a Global organization. This role involves building innovative AI and BI solutions beyond traditional dashboards, working closely with product supply intelligence members, product managers, and other business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deploy AI agents for analytical, knowledge assistance, and supervisory functions. • Utilize backend development and data engineering skills to build robust data solutions. • Create data visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights. • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate technical information into business-savvy terms. • Leverage experience with the software development lifecycle to manage projects effectively. • Showcase a problem-solving mindset and business acumen in all analytical tasks. Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of eight years of experience in a data analyst role is required. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Cursor and CLAUDE. • Strong command of SQL and Python. • Experience in backend development or data engineering. • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle. • Experience with visualization tools, specifically Power BI. Preferred Qualifications • A bachelor's degree is preferred. • Professional background in supply chain or manufacturing. • Experience with Tableau or Databricks. • Previous experience with the client's environment is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The pay rate for this position ranges from $45.00 to $56.00 per hour. Contract employees are eligible for benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
