Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream
12 month contract

Hybrid in Redmond, WA
Requirements
• Support the Project Lead/Work Stream Lead for Bills of Material, Parts, and associated documentation.
• Support communication and coordination efforts with data analysts and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collect, process, map, validate, verify, and analyze data to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementation.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics where appropriate.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.
• Support data migration activities, including validation and verification of multiple data loads into the PLM system.
• Perform data cleanup activities and collaborate with IT teams on PLM and ERP data maintenance and mass data updates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support PLM processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency where possible.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making.
• Review system requirements, support software solution implementation, and assist with testing and debugging activities.
• Support and maintain software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise applications associated with data collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage.
• Perform application configuration, setup, updates, access control, and data maintenance activities.
• Build and produce reports using query and reporting tools.
• Set up user access and provide application training as needed.
• Recommend improvements related to application development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Independently write, review, and implement work instruction content supporting new systems and processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of applicable professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role preferred.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring analysts preferred.
• Experience implementing and configuring PLM systems; experience with Windchill preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience working in PLM or other collaborative environments.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong task management and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and process-oriented.
